How to overcome stressful situations. Part 2.
I´m happy that I can say that I´ve done all of my tests and exams for this semester. I had to cope with stress every day and it was hard but it´s over…for now. Stress is something that comes and goes but as soon as you lose sight of it, it returns…like a monster. So, you have to defeat it! Work on yourself, get up every time you fall, take care of yourself! Make sure that you know, that you´re not the only one, who has to cope with stress. Although it seems like every other person in this world can cope with it better than you do, it isn´t true. There are many stressors. School, work, social contacts, goals, a lack of time and many more. It´s important to know that every person reacts differently. Some get mood swings, some are very hungry, some are really emotional. So, don´t believe that your neighbour doesn´t have stress. Maybe he doesn´t like to talk about it? As I said.
