How to overcome stressful situations

All of you know the situation. You´re getting up in the morning and the first thought is, whether you are able to meet deadlines or not. Some people have more stress than others but it´s a well-known problem. There is also a good kind of stress. You need it to continue working and you need it to succeed but if you notice that there is too much of it, you have to do something against it. There are several possibilities to do so but you have to find the right one for you. I have tried many things to overcome stressful situations.
