It´s about getting up again!

Have you ever felt like the whole world is against you? I´m pretty sure your answer is yes to this question. There are always days, where you could lay in bed forever, getting yourself cosy in your blanket, doing nothing, just because you had some moments that weren´t as great as you would want them to be. Often small things become really big issues. If you don´t work out what´s made you sad, you won´t learn from it. It´s completely normal and it happens. Of course, you can cry over these things all day long, you can stop where you are, doing nothing about it. You´re allowed to do that as long as you make sure that you continue following your dreams, your work or whatever. If one thing doesn´t work out, it doesn´t mean that the whole plan is wrong. Maybe you have to change one step of the plan, maybe you have to put more effort in your work, maybe you need more support. So, after you´ve been sad because of some complications, focus on what you´ve done wrong, what you could do

How to overcome stressful situations. Part 2.

I´m happy that I can say that I´ve done all of my tests and exams for this semester. I had to cope with stress every day and it was hard but it´s over…for now. Stress is something that comes and goes but as soon as you lose sight of it, it returns…like a monster. So, you have to defeat it! Work on yourself, get up every time you fall, take care of yourself! Make sure that you know, that you´re not the only one, who has to cope with stress.  Although it seems like every other person in this world can cope with it better than you do, it isn´t true. There are many stressors. School, work, social contacts, goals, a lack of time and many more. It´s important to know that every person reacts differently. Some get mood swings, some are very hungry, some are really emotional. So, don´t believe that your neighbour doesn´t have stress. Maybe he doesn´t like to talk about it? As I said. There are different reactions to stressful times. I´ve already mentioned some tips that might he

How to overcome stressful situations

All of you know the situation. You´re getting up in the morning and the first thought is, whether you are able to meet deadlines or not. Some people have more stress than others but it´s a well-known problem. There is also a good kind of stress. You need it to continue working and you need it to succeed but if you notice that there is too much of it, you have to do something against it. There are several possibilities to do so but you have to find the right one for you. I have tried many things to overcome stressful situations. So I´ll provide some tips for you: Plan your work carefully: It`s important to organize when you want to do your work. Why not make a timetable or a to-do list? You don´t have to be very strict but you´ll see, it´ll help you to keep in mind what you have to do and how much time you have to do it. Don´t compare yourself to others: If your friends have better marks than you have, it´s great for them but don´t compare yourself to it. You don´t

How do I get motivated?

I think everybody knows the situation. You´re sitting in front of your desk and getting through the stuff you have to do. “It´s so much…How will I manage?”, you´re asking yourself. “Well…if I start now, I´ll be finished in time.”, you´re thinking. You´re grabbing a piece of paper and your pen but you don´t start. “WHY? I don´t want to. There are loads of other things, which I can do and they´re more interesting. Let´s binge-watch my favourite series.”, you´re deciding. It´s hard to get enough motivation for the work you have to do. Here are a few tips: Create an area where you feel comfortable: It´s important to have a place where you can focus on the work you have to do. There shouldn´t be anything which distracts you. Tidy up the desk, get organized and decorate it. You like flowers? Great! Decorate it with flowers. You like the colour blue? That´s cool! Decorate the desk with bluish items. Make sure that you have enough space to do your work. What´s your goal? If you have
